The upload process is the same whatever the subject matter and once it has been completed you will need to choose from various options. When we make canvas prints photo colours are reproduced as accurately as possible but in the case of digital images they may not always look exactly the same as they do on your monitor. If an exact match is very important to you then we are happy to send colour samples for your approval prior to producing the final print but there is a small extra charge for this service. In addition to being able to produce great pictures from your digital images we can also work from traditional 35mm camera film, either by using the original photograph, a negative or even a slide.

In either case we will then email the digital image that we have produced from the painting to make sure that you are happy with the results before we continue. It is also possible to choose a background colour for the drawing so that it matches the current colour scheme in your child’s bedroom or you can leave it as it is. For parents who would like to add some explanatory text we can do this on a different background, underneath the main picture.
